Booking: A NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT per person is required to reserve a space

on a trip. The deposit amount is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation.

Payments: Final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. To secure your reservation, timely installment payments must be made until the final payment due date. Failure to make a timely installment payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your trip reservation.

​

Payment by check: The customer will be responsible for bank service fees charged on return checks.

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TOWARDS THE BALANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND IT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

If traveling with a roommate, please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW TripsTM will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.

​

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits and payments made cannot be refunded. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

Cruise Cancellation Policy: (Non-Refundable Deposit) If you cancel your reservation after a specific date, you may be subject to cancellation charges. Please see the cancellation policy for the cruise chosen.

Land Only: If a Land Only package is selected, the traveler will be responsible for arranging the hotel and the airport transportation, except for the group Bethel trip packages.

​

Flights: JW TripsTM is not responsible for any portion of the trip that is missed due to flight delay or cancellation and/or transfer delay or cancellation. The tour will commence at the scheduled time and date, and the traveler is responsible for catching up with the group in case of a delay.

Travel Insurance Waiver:
International Trips: Travel Insurance is required for every person traveling on International Groups; proof of coverage will be necessary to travel. Proof of coverage must be provided when the trip is paid in full.

U.S.A. Domestic: Travel protection is strongly recommended. Airlines, cruise lines, and resorts charge fees for trips canceled for reasons beyond your control (weather, aircraft issues, loss of employment, health, or family issues, etc.) will not be reimbursed. If you choose to decline insurance, JW Trips LLC will not be responsible for penalties or fees should you cancel. Any portions of the tour missed due to a medical emergency are non-refundable.

If you choose to decline Insurance coverage, you understand the risks of not purchasing travel protection.

​

Tour arrangements and pricing: Accommodations will be provided in twin-bedded rooms if Double, Triple, or Quadruple occupancy with private baths. Single occupancy can be provided in a single bedded room. Meals are included only as specified on the itinerary. Please note that the sequence of days in the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of JW TripsTM. We cannot change or alter the itinerary to accommodate other requests, needs, or changes by

individual travelers.

Air Transportation: IATATM carriers such as Delta, United, American Airlines and/or other major carriers may be used. Airfares are based on non-refundable fares, and schedules are subject to change without notice. It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive at the airport on time for the departure from EWR. JW TripsTM LLC is not responsible for flight delays for any reason, including weather, acts of god, terrorism, or airline delays.

Responsibility: No delay or failure to take action under these Standard Terms and Conditions shall constitute any waiver by JW TripsTM of any provision of these terms and Conditions.

Liability Waiver: Our bus charter company is fully insured in case of an accident. The charter companies set the terms and conditions. JW TripsTM LLC operates as an intermediary and will not be held financially responsible for accidents or bus mechanical malfunctions, lost or stolen items, food allergies, or if, for an unforeseen occurrence, the trip is not possible (such as a natural disaster or things that are out of our control).

Photo Release Waiver:

You hereby grant JW TripsTMLLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of JW TripsTM LLC and will not be returned. you hereby irrevocably authorize JW TripsTMLLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge JW TripsTMLLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are in good emotional and physical health and can adapt to the pace of international group travel. We do not guarantee any emergency medical care or medicine is available in the country visited. We recommend that you carry any medicine or equipment with you at all times or that any special dietary needs will be cared for in the country visited on your itinerary. JW TripsTM acts only as an agent in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours, and other transportation and services in connection with all tours and is not responsible and expressly disclaims any liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property incurred during the trip in connection with or relating to the supply or omission of air, sea, land transportation services, hotel, facilities, meals, other services or illness of the client. JW TripsTM cannot be responsible or liable for breakdowns, government actions, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, fire, weather, natural disaster, acts of god, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as the client’s failure to obtain proper documentation, travel insurance and/or follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/check-out places and times, or the delay, loss of or damage to client’s luggage or its contents. The client's ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the air carriers and the client. Reservations are not transferable.
